BEWARE OF SCAMMERS 〰️

I will never reach out to you directly on any social media/messaging platform to unpromptedly offer a tattoo, or ask for a deposit. My usernames across all social and payment platforms are ONLY @inkylorn. All correspondence is directly through email from and ONLY from inkylorn@gmail. All deposits are made through Venmo.

Stay safe out there and don’t fall for scams!

  • You can submit a request for a tattoo through my booking request form, which is linked throughout this site! I try my best to get back to everybody within 1-2 weeks, but sometimes requests slip into the void. Feel free to send another if you haven’t gotten a response!

Once your tattoo request form is submitted, I will either confirm the idea and proceed with the deposit process, or ask for more info. Once the deposit is submitted, myself or my assistant will send over a private link to access my schedule to book your appointment at your best convenience!

Please note that submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment.

I ONLY accept deposits via my Venmo account. The username is @inkylorn. If an account claiming to be me requests a deposit be sent to any other account, please do not send it! Scammers suck!

  • It’s a great idea to bring:

-snacks, (granola bars, fruit, chips, candy, etc)

    -Phone charger/ headphones/headphone charger

-A jacket depending on tattoo placement (it gets pretty cold in the shop!)

    -Gaming device/book/movies/TV

-Fidget toys, i.e spinners, slime, stress ball

  • -Please do not consume alcohol or any blood thinning medication before your appointment! caffeine, mary jane, and nicotine are all fine though and have no impact on your tattoo. *Don’t come in boofin’ the place up tho. Please do not consume any illegal drugs or substances before or during your appointment. Also, sometimes being too stoned can make you be super in your head about the pain and make it harder to sit, so keep that in mind before coming in!

-No sunburns please! I understand it’s summer and stuff happens but I cannot tattoo over sunburnt skin without jeopardizing the overall turnout of the tattoo. If you’re sunburnt, please contact me to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment!

-Please don’t come in for your tattoo with some strange numbing cream. I ONLY recommend Dr.Numb , or Mad Rabbit numbing cream. If you are planning on coming in with either of these products on, contact me so I can tell you how to properly do it!!

-3 is a crowd. I completely recommend bringing someone with you to get tattooed, especially if you’re nervous! But only one person, please! Too many people in the mix can be distracting and complicates my workspace. The shop is pretty cozy, so a handful of extra friends will be a tight squeeze.

  • I am personally not a working with it, but I allow certain brands to be used. I only recommend it for small tattoos with minimal shading that take less than 2 hours.

If you have a low pain tolerance or are going for a painful placement, you can use it. But please let me know that you plan on coming in with it. I personally tolerate Dr. Numb or Mad Rabbit. However, I can’t guarantee you will have a perfect experience with them. Everybody’s skin behaves differently. I will still only work with those brands. If you come into the shop with a different brand numbing cream, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Please let me know if you plan on using one of the numbing creams you listed above the day before your appointment.

After awhile, numbing cream wears off and you go from feeling no pain, to feeling every bit of the pain all at once. It’s very intense once it wears off, and you will probably tap out shortly after.

There are risks you should know about before using numbing cream. It can be inconsistent and performs differently on every client. I cannot guarantee the numbing cream will actually make a tattoo painless, or that a numbed tattoo will to heal as it would’ve without numbing cream. This is especially the case for bold tattoos with lots of color packing. Beware of the risk of allergic reactions, or the skin not retaining ink since it absorbed so much lidocaine. I offer 1 free touch up for up to a year after the tattoo is done, so if any numbing cream mishap does occur, we can have another go at it. Numbing cream isn’t my favorite, but everybody who wants a tattoo deserves a tattoo. Use at your own risk.

  • Upon confirmation of your booking form, myself or lindsey will request your deposit be sent via my Venmo account @inkylorn.

Once the deposit has been paid, I will send over a booking link for you to get set up on the calendar. If you need to reschedule please let me know at least 48 hours in advance or you will forfeit the deposit and a new one will be required to get back on the calendar. You are allowed two reschedules per deposit and will need to reschedule the appointment within 6 months of the initial deposit payment

  • The short answer is, No-ish.

If the design isn’t your vibe, I am always open to making changes right then and there. Sometimes it’s just easier to collaborate on an idea together. If I got it all wrong or we have time limitations, we can have a consultation while you're here and reschedule the tattoo itself. Speak up for yourself! It will not hurt my feelings if you don’t like a design. It never hurts to rethink concepts. If we do need to reschedule, you will receive the design draft the day before the new appointment to approve.

In the case of a large tattoo, a loaded concept, or something I’m a little confused on, I start working on it a couple days before the appointment and usually send over a draft the day before to make sure we’re on the same page.

In most normal cases, I do not show the design until the client comes into the shop.
